I became a CBT therapist simply because I care about people, which is why I chose to work in the NHS. Early in my life and throughout my life I have struggled through a number of difficult experiences and as a result I have become stronger in many ways. I am passionate about helping others to improve their own mental health and wellbeing and believe my personal life experiences enable me to truly empathise with the many difficulties I support clients with in my CBT work.
